“Good morning, I am a Supply Sergeant with the xxxxxxxx who is currently mobilized in the Middle East. I was approached by our Division Chaplain and Chaplains’ assistant to see if there is a way to get two acoustic guitars for religious services at a remote outpost that we support. I have heard great things about your organization from soldiers who have received guitars in the past, and I wanted to reach out to see if this is something that you would be able to support. Let me know if you need more information, or if there is anything I can do to help. My Army career started in our Division Band, and I really appreciate your support of Soldiers through music. Very respectfully,”

“Hello Myra, I am currently the 1SG for my company and was wondering how I would be able to put myself and my company’s name in the hat for a possible donation of one or two guitars of any kind. I am trying to build a Morale tent with table games and video games and some instruments that we can gather in order to give the soldiers a place to relax and have a place for camaraderie.
