We received the following message on Wednesday, 8 Jul 20, from one of our deployed Troops:
“Subject: Supporting us through our deployments – Good morning from xxxxxxxx, I just wanted to thank you for what you’ve done for our troops during their deployments and being away from family. I love walking outside and seeing as well as meeting soldiers playing guitars and all. I play guitar back home in Wisconsin as well as sing and write songs. Its a great stress reliever during the tough times. My son who is 4 loves hearing me play and loves strumming my guitar. I just got to xxxxxxxx a few days ago and my buddy told me about this program, if you have any spare guitars I would love to play for my son during video chats. Take care and thank you again for what you do”
Guitar #172 was shipped to our Troops this afternoon!
