Belk1. Hearts to Heroes is participating in the Belk Fall Charity Day Sale that is being held at all Belk Stores on Saturday, 8 Nov 14, from 6-10 a.m. This is a great opportunity for us to raise money by selling $5 Admission Tickets to this event. An individual can purchase more than one ticket, for this event, but each $5 ticket has to be used on separate purchases. For every ticket that is purchased from Hearts to Heroes, our organization gets to keep 100% of the proceeds! The mission of Hearts to Heroes, INC., is to provide care packages to the deployed military troops of the United States of America made possible by the donation of monies/items from those individuals/groups that support them. The money that is raised, from this Charity Sale, will help us with the shipping costs and to purchase any additional items that are needed for our Troops care packages! 2. Following are some of the details for the Charity Sale:

a. You will receive 20-70% off Belk purchases storewide, including special savings on rarely discounted brands.

b. A free Gift Card will be given to the first 100 customers, at each store, on Saturday, 8 Nov 14. These cards are valued anywhere from $5 to $1,000.

3. If you cannot attend the Belk Spring Charity Sale on Saturday, 8 Nov 14, or you just want to reserve your selection early, you can take advantage of the pre-sale event. Below are the five steps in taking advantage of the pre-sale event:

a. Purchase a Charity Sale Ticket from Hearts to Heroes.

b. For the pre-sale, visit any Belk Store beginning on Sunday, 2 Nov 14 thru Friday, 7 Nov 14.

c. Select your merchandise.

d. Show your ticket(s) and have an Associate complete a pre-sale form to reserve and hold your merchandise for the day of the sale. The $5 ticket price will be taken off your pre-sale, in addition to extra savings of Charity Day prices! Merchandise pre-sales must be rung with a Belk Reward Card or Belk Gift Card.

e. Return to the store anytime after 6 a.m. on 8 Nov 14 to pick up your pre-rung purchases.

4. This is a great way for Hearts to Heroes to raise money for our Troops! You can also mail a check, made out to “Hearts to Heroes,” to my attention at P. O. Box 711; Cochran, GA 31014, and I will mail your ticket(s) back to you.
