“Good afternoon Myra, a friend of mine referred me to you and your organization. I am a guitar and bass guitar player and currently deployed to xxxxxxxx. From what I understand your organization provide instruments to troops. If this is the case I would truly love the opportunity to play while I am here. If I was given incorrect information please disregard this email. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,”
