We received the following message on Saturday, 11 May 19, from one of our deployed Troops:
“Hello everyone, I was directed to your page by another soldier. I don’t necessarily know what the procedure is to request a guitar, but I would sincerely appreciate one. There’s not much to keep one sane in the heat here at xxxxxxxxxx. I’ve been trying to get back into playing and practicing the guitar to help pass the remaining 6 1/2 months here. Any guitar would be sincerely appreciated. Regardless of what happens, I just wish to also thank you guys for doing what you do. It is truly a beautiful organization you guys run.”
Guitar #106 was shipped to our Troops this afternoon!
