We received the following message, from the Wife of one of our deployed Troops, on Tuesday, 15 Jan 19: “Hello. I just heard of your program and it sounds like a wonderful project. My husband is in xxxxxxxx at xxxxxxxx and it has been a really tough deployment for him as weekends are lonely for a guy who doesn’t go out and has been a solid family guy for us. I don’t know what requirements are but I am also aware of a single soldier in the same battalion that has no family, no support, is dealing with medical Issues and is struggling. I don’t know what kind of application process you need but I would like to submit an application in to see if we could get my husband and this soldier a guitar. More important is this single soldier. My heart is worried for him. He needs to know someone out there cares. Please let me know?” Guitars # 91 and #92 were shipped to our Troops this afternoon!
