We received the following message, from one of our Troops; on Thursday, 13 Sept 18:
Message From Troop: “Gooooood morning Hearts to heroes! My name is xxxxxx, and I am currently serving over in the Middle East. I was hoping that I could get onto yalls list of people asking for support in the form of a guitar. I have only been here a month (1 of 12 done!!!) but I am already feeling pretty homesick and missing the joys of America. If possible I would like an electric guitar (Eric Clapton is a hero of mine!) but would certainly use anything that you were able to send.”
Message From Hearts to Heroes: “Hi xxxxxx! It’s great to hear from you! We do have an electric guitar that we will be happy to send to you! It will probably be one day next week before I can get it shipped out to you. I will send you an email letting you know when it has been shipped. Thank you for your Service! Take care and God Bless!”
Message From Troop: “That’s amazing! Thank you so much! This is very exciting and I really appreciate everything that you do. Thank you Mrs. Foskey. Very Respectfully,”
Guitar #63 (Electric Guitar & Amp) were shipped to our Troops this afternoon!
