We received the following message on Wednesday, 22 Aug 18, from one of our Troops about wanting a guitar:
Message From Troop: “Hello Hearts to Heroes! My name is xxxxx xxxxx and I’m deployed to an undisclosed location in SW Asia. I was talking to a friend this morning about
music and how it would be nice to have a guitar. He told me about your organization and sent me your info. If it is possible, I would like the opportunity to receive one. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thank you for your awesome effort in supporting the troops! Have a great day.”
Message From Hearts to Heroes, Inc.: “Hi xxxxx! Thank you for contacting us! Please provide me with your mailing address and we will get one on the way to you. Thank you for your Service! Take care and God Bless!”
Message From Troop: “Hello! Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I can’t wait! I’ve been playing acoustic guitar for nearly 18 years and have been wishing to have one around. It will make for nice times around the fire pit
with the other Airmen. It always mellows the mood when someone brings out their guitar. Thank you so much! You are doing wonderful things.”
Guitar #61 was shipped out to them this afternoon!
