“Hello, I am Staff Sergeant xxxxxxxx from the xxxxxxxx out of xxxxxxxx. My team is currently deployed to xxxxxxxx at the xxxxxxxx. Some people on the team are experienced musicians and others are interested in learning how to play the guitar. I think it would be a great way to build team cohesion and make the deployment go by easier. Thank you for the generous work that you do for the military.”

“Hi Myra, My name is Sergeant First Class xxxxxxxx, and I’m currently deployed to xxxxxxxx as part of a Civil Affairs team. I was wondering if it was possible to have a guitar shipped to our Air Base since we don’t have any of our own, and I’m hoping to play some Christmas carols during the holiday season. If not, then any additional guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!”
