“Hafa Adai, I am an islander currently deployed in the Middle East and I heard about your services through a friend. I would really love it if I could get a guitar as us islanders love to play and jam out. Missing home and playing some songs from back home would really boost morale over here. I greatly appreciate what you guys are doing. P.s. the greeting you see in the top is a language from my island. The island of xxxxxxxx. And it’s pronounced “ha-pha day.” Thanks in Advance”

We received the below message, this afternoon, from the Troop that received #479 (this guitar was shipped to him on 12 Dec 2023):
“I wanted to say thanks again for sending a guitar my way. I redeploy in two weeks. I thought you would like to know that I have passed along the guitar to the guy who is replacing me.”
