We received the below message on Friday, 21 May 21, from one of our deployed Troops:
“Afternoon, I am xxxxxxxx. I received your contact information from one of the Soldiers here in xxxxxxxx where we are currently deployed. I wanted to inquire what the process is to request a guitar from your organization. I have never played before and would like to learn while I have the time to do it. I appreciate your help and thank you for what your organization does for the Service Members. I look forward to your response. Have a good day. Very respectfully,”
We received the below message on Monday, 7 Jun 21:
“Good morning, I am xxxxxxxx, I’ve already contacted you about a guitar I was actually unaware that you also provided violins! Is it possible to switch instruments? I understand that this is an inconvenience and if not possible that is okay anything I get will be a blessing I just thought I would ask! Thank you for your time. Very respectfully,”
