We received the below message from one of our deployed Troops:

“Good day Myra my name is xxxxxxxx and I am a Georgia Army National Guardsman currently deployed to xxxxxxxx. I never played a guitar before coming here, but the USO has a wonderful music room and I have started taking lessons. I am trying to learn how to play so when I get home I can surprise my wife, xxxxxxxx, with our wedding song. Another Soldier gave me a picture of your brochure for me to reach out. If at all possible I would love to be gifted an acoustic guitar. I greatly appreciate people like you that work hard to support troops!”

“Hello Myra! How are you? My name is xxxxxxxx, I’m a Specialist in the Army National Guard currently deployed in the middle east. My base is xxxxxxxx located in xxxxxxxx. I’ve played guitar for about 10 years now and I play for the contemporary service and Gospel service on Sundays. I was told by a fellow soldier I could possibly request for equipment to this email? Not sure if this is at all true or not, but I am willing to take a shot 🙂!!! I’m not sure of the process, but looking for an electric guitar. “Fender Stratocaster” is an awesome, but anything that works is great! My orders are attached for references. I hope I’m not getting ahead of myself and I apologize if this email is sent in error. Thank you for your time and have a blessed day!!!! Respectfully,”
